Warranty and refunds policy

90-day ELECTRONIC warranty on all parts. We do not cover physical damage including water/moisture damage. 
For example, if an LED light stops functioning correctly within 90 days, send us a message and we can swap it out for you. We provide you with a free return shipping label and once we receive the parts back we will send out a new set to you. 
If you physically damage a part, we are not responsible. If water/moisture gets inside a lamp, we do not cover it since it is most likely due to install error such as unsecured sockets, missing/bad O-rings, reckless use etc. 
Any items that arrive damaged due to shipping we will replace once original parts are sent back to us. Must let us know within 3 days of delivery for claim to be valid.
To start a return, you can contact us at lunaledlightsllc1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
